Outpatient Management is natively integrated with every other HMS module. The appointment triggers an insurance eligibility check through the NPHIES or payer API module. The physician's encounter writes directly to the patient's EMR — accessible in the same session from the inpatient ward, emergency department or any other facility in the group. Prescriptions flow to Pharmacy in real time. Diagnostic orders land in the LIS or RIS worklist the moment the physician signs them.

Billing captures services from the encounter automatically — no re-entry, no missed charges. The patient's invoice is ready before they reach the cashier desk, with insurance split calculated from the pre-verified eligibility record captured at booking.
