metaSOFT International is an enterprise software company headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon. We develop and deliver healthcare management, laboratory information, radiology, PACS, ERP solutions to organisations across the MENA region and Africa. Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact or demo-request form we collect your name, work email address, organisation name, country and the content of your message.

Server logs

Our web servers automatically record standard access logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and performance analysis.

Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain navigation state. No advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies are set on this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to any third party.

3. How we use your data

Personal data collected through this website is used for the following purposes:

• Responding to sales enquiries, demo requests and support questions submitted via our contact form.
